What's In The Mix All About?

In The Mix is a well-established family owned cakery (cake shop) operating in the U.S. Virgin Islands and led by founder, Cherise Williams and her daughter, Cheraine Christian. Their exceptional products feature unique island flavors that transport customers to the Caribbean with each delectable bite. Currently located on one of St. Croix's busiest streets, they have leased an additional factory near airports and seaports for production expansion.  In The Mix bakes custom occasion cakes along with slice servings and packaged goods for easier sharing and convenience.

Our aim is to transport our customers to the islands with every bite, allowing them to savor a delightful blend of Caribbean flavors that encapsulate the rich cultural heritage of this beautiful region.

In order to create multiple avenues for our customers to indulge in our products, we have carefully planned our business strategy.

Our storefront is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm, where we offer cake slices, pre-ordered custom cakes, cupcakes, desserts, brownies, and cookies.
