​Welcome to In The Mix Cakery! We are excited to launch our cake shipping service from the U.S. Virgin Islands to customers across the U.S. As part of our soft launch, we are testing and refining our shipping process to ensure the best experience.

Please note: We are in the testing phase of our shipping operations. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that this is part of our trial process. We sincerely thank you for your support, understanding, and patience as we work to improve our shipping process!

Shipping Timeline

During our soft launch, all orders will be shipped within 30 days of purchase. We are working to ship sooner and will notify you once your order is on its way.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and US territories. We do not ship to international destinations or U.S. territories outside of the Virgin Islands at this time.

Packaging

Cakes are carefully packaged and insulated to ensure safe delivery. Some orders may arrive in varying types of packaging as we evaluate what works best.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order size, and chosen shipping method. Shipping rates may seem higher due to the perishable nature of our products. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to test and improve our shipping process.​

Shipping Method

USPS Priority Mail & Product Packaging All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail to ensure timely and safe delivery. We take great care in packaging each item to maintain freshness and quality.

Once your cake ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If there are any unexpected delays, we'll reach out to keep you updated.

Export Price Variance

Please note that product pricing may differ from our storefront to accommodate the additional packaging required to maintain the freshness of our products and for secure shipping. We are working diligently to optimize our process and packaging to keep costs as reasonable as possible.

We offer local delivery via Boomerang Eats.  All orders are placed through their app.  If you placed an order with our third-party vendor and something has gone wrong with your delivery, please reach out directly to the third-party vendor for a resolution.
